Adults 18 and older. Private pay, with superbills provided to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
What you can expect when referring.
A thoughtful psychiatric assessment.
Evaluation considers current symptoms, longitudinal course, prior treatment, relevant medical and developmental history, and the patient’s goals.
An individualized treatment plan.
Care may include medication management, psychotherapy, or both, guided by clinical needs and patient preferences.
Attention to clinical fit.
We consider whether our outpatient setting and services are a good match for each patient’s needs.
Coordination tailored to the patient.
With the patient’s consent, we are available to coordinate with referring and treating clinicians.
